Interventions

experimental group:Prophylactic use of tranexamic acid after fetal delivery and umbilical cord breaking

control group:Tranexamic acid is not used prophylactically and is given depending on whether postpartum bleeding occurs.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin < 110g/L; 2. Vaginal delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Known allergy to tranexamic acid; 3. The bleeding before delivery exceeds 200ml or the bleeding after delivery occurs before the umbilical cord.
