Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in the 2021 "JCS/JHFS Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure"; 2. The condition has been stable for more than 1 month after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with hyperthyroidism, tumor, tuberculosis and other high metabolic wasting diseases; 2. Combined with severe liver and kidney damage; 3. Combined with severe gastrointestinal diseases and eating disorders; 4. Patients with motor system disorders; 5. Those who can not cooperate with the examination; 6. Those who have recently suffered from acute infectious diseases.
