Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The newly treated patients with mantle cell lymphoma; 2. Measurable lesions; 3. Good cardiac, hepatic and renal reserves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Histologically pleomorphic or blastocytic mantle cell lymphoma; 2. Present with central infiltration of lymphoma.
