Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or above; 2. Patients with small cerebral vascular disease indicated by MRI with STRIVE standards; 3. Patients themselves or with the help of family members can complete the questionnaire; 4. Patients and family members sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with inspectors for physical examination 2. Specific white matter lesions, such as toxic, radioactive, infectious, etc.; 3. Severe systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors of the nervous system, heart, liver, kidney, digestive or other major diseases of the system ; 4. Patients with other major mental diseases who are unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; 5. Contraindications of imaging examination affect disease evaluation; 6. Other types considered unsuitable for participation in the study by the investigator.
