Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of thymoma or thymic carcinoma; 2. Mmultiple pleural dissemination confirmed by radiology (initially diagnosed or pleural recurrence after previous definitive treatment); 3. Not suitable for complete resection; 4. Aged 18-75 years; 5. KPS > 80; 6. Enough cardiac-pulmonary function reservation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ipsilateral pleural radiotherapy has been given within 1 year; 2. Complicated with other tumors or serious medical diseases that affect prognosis; 3. The performance status cann't endure RT.
