Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dry eye: (1) Clinical manifestations: dry eyes, irritation, discomfort, foreign body sensation, etc.; (2) TBUS 3 points; (4) Patients aged 40-60 years; (5) Patients with MGD: 1) Abnormal openings of eyelid margins and meibomian glands; 2) Abnormal secretion of meibum; 3) Absence of meibomian glands; 4) Abnormal lipid layer thickness; (6) Subjects or their legal guardians voluntarily join the study, sign the informed consent,Good compliance, with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (especially CCR < 0.8ml/min/kg) or patients with electrolyte imbalance; 2. Combined with a clear immunodeficiency disease; 3. Combined with neuroparesthesia or anemia or neutropenia and thrombocytopenia; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients, or all childbearing age subjects (male and female) who plan to become pregnant or are unwilling to contracept during the study period; 5. Persons with mental or mental illness; 6. The researcher judges that the subjects may have systemic diseases that are not suitable for participating in this research; 7. Past medical history of foreign body in the eye, acid-base burn, etc.
