Interventions

red light treatment group:Use low-level red light instrument twice a day, each time three minutes, the interval of at least four hours
Atropine group:0.01% atropine eye drops, twice a day
Placebo control group:0.09% normal saline, twice a day

6 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6 to 12 years; 2. Diopter number: the spherical refraction is less than +1.00D; 3. Astigmatism: less than 1D; 4. Corrected visual acuity: greater than 1.0 in the Snellen chart; 5. The parents agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low concentration atropine, orthokeratology lens, peripheral defocus glasses and other treatment methods were used within 2 years. 2. Except for refractive errors, other eye problems, such as photophobia, allergies, glaucoma, glaucoma, high intraocular pressure, fundus macular abnormal eye diseases, and systemic related eye diseases; 3. Unable to follow up.
