Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University and meet the management requirements of chronic pulmonary hypertension and whose doctors recommend long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 1 month after the end of the third-level or above surgery; 2. Congenital or acquired physical disability; 3. Cognitive dysfunction or more serious psychological or psychiatric diseases; 4. Suffering from More and complex chronic diseases; 5. Any condition such as the patient under the age of 14.
