Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Choledocholithiasis was diagnosed preoperatively and the dilated diameter of the common bile duct is greater than or equal to 8 mm; 2. Patients with Gallstones and / or intrahepatic bile duct stones; 3. Patients complicated with a history of second or multiple biliary surgical procedures; 4. Patients with primary duct closure after surgery or drainage of biliary T-tube after choledocholithotomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to change Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration to laparotomy; 2. Patients who need to change surgical methods during the operation, such as cholangiojejunostomy; 3. Other biliary drainage methods were selected during the operation, such as nasobiliary drainage, biliary stent drainage; 4. Patients with stone removal through the cystic duct; 5. Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia.
