Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the following conditions in outpatient department of gastroenterology; 2. Aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender; 3. Unexplained abdominal distension, abdominal discomfort, abdominal pain, diarrhea, hiccups and other symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. Clinical symptoms are caused by organic diseases of the digestive system, such as cancers, infections (including biliary infections, liver abscesses, etc.), pancreatitis, etc.; 3. Acute infection, tumor or serious arrhythmia in other parts of the body; 4. Underwent gastrointestinal resection and diversion operation; 5. Antibiotics, acid suppressors, lactulose, probiotics or other drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility have been used in the past four weeks.
