Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary, able to attend the trial as scheduled and complete all procedures. 2. Adults in good overall health. 3. Oral health: no dental diseases such as caries or pulpitis, no periodontal diseases such as gingivitis or periodontitis, no oral mucosal diseases normal salivary gland function and have at least 28 natural teeth (not including wisdom teeth). 4. Must sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe diseases (as judged by the clinical examiner), including but not limited to arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, hepatitis of various causes, renal failure, etc. 2. Any mental illness or other conditions that may legally restrict capacity for civil conduct. 3. Lack of civil capacity, or refuse to participate in the trial. 4. Using of medications that may alter the oral microbiome (e.g., antibiotics or inhibit saliva flow (e.g., antidepressants, antihistamines). 5. Orthodontic patients with fixed or invisible braces, or those wearing nightguards for bruxism. 6. Determined by the physician to be unsuitable for inclusion.
