Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer and be diagnosed by pathology; 2. In line with immunohistochemistry (IHC) method: HER-2 (+++) and/or fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH): HER-2 gene amplification; 3. Karnofsky score >= 60 points; 4. The expected survival period is more than 6 months; 5. Aged 20-70 years (including 20 and 70 years old); 6. The heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic functions are basically normal; 7. No previous history of trastuzumab treatment; 8. Voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of myocardial ischemia injury, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy and cardiac insufficiency before treatment; 2. Impaired liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, serum creatinine levels greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal); 3. Combined with acute infection; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons with mental disorders; 5. Associated with other malignant tumors; 6. Those who are allergic to the study drug; 7. Those who are participating in other drug trials.
