Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AgeD 18-80 years; 2. all had cranial CTA and DSA for definitive diagnosis and interventional embolization within 24 hours; 3. Patients had at least one intracranial aneurysm and was the cause of this subarachnoid hemorrhage; 4. High-grade ruptured aneurysm (Hunt-Hess classification grade IV to V).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with acute lethal disease prior to admission; 2. Ruptured intracranial aneurysm and unexplained subarachnoid hemorrhage due to trauma; 3. Those undergoing microsurgical clamping or conservative treatment; 4. Those lost to follow-up.
