Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cranial CTA and DSA were performed within 48 hours to confirm the diagnosis, and the operation was completed within 72 hours; 2.The patient had at least one intracranial aneurysm, which was the cause of this subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. Interventional embolization was performed; 4. High-grade rupture aneurysm (Hunt-Hess grade IV-V).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute fatal disease before admission; 2. Rupture of intracranial aneurysm and unexplained subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by trauma; 3. Patients undergoing microsurgical clipping or conservative treatment; 4. Patients with incomplete data.
