Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65, male or female; (2) In the oral surgery department, due to various reasons, the lower mandibular horizontal impacted third molar needs to be extracted; (3) There was no obvious inflammation in soft tissue of posterior molars and adjacent teeth, and the adjacent teeth were not loose; (4) Cone-beam CT had been taken before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) cases without preoperative imaging data (cone-beam CT); (2) severe periodontitis, obvious inflammation of adjacent teeth (periapical periodontitis), or loosening of adjacent teeth; (3) patients with severe jaw inflammation and adjacent space infection; (4) There are tumors and cysts in the area of the tooth to be removed; (5) Maxillofacial congenital malformation; (6) mental patients; (7) Pregnant women, patients with systemic diseases and mental diseases; (8) Other cases deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
