65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age 65 years or older; 2.ASA grade I-III, patients undergoing joint replacement under lumbar anesthesia; 3.Being able to communicate with researchers and complete the evaluation of relevant scales; 4.The patients and their families are informed and consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA grade over III; 2.The patient has a prior psychiatric or neurological disease (e.g., intracranial tumor); 3.Has undergone surgery within the past 12 months; 4.Patients take drugs such as warfarin; 5.Patients or family members refused to participate in the study
