Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-40 years old. 2. Have not taken antibiotics within one month. 3. Have not suffered from gastrointestinal diseases within one month. 4. Voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women with allergic constitution. 2. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, endocrine diseases and psychosis. 3. Taking food related to probiotics in a short time will affect the judge of the results. 4. Other researchers think that they are not suitable to participate in this trial, as well as subjects participating in other clinical trials.
