Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with perioperative anaphylaxis grade II ~ V; 2.Surgical anesthesia record sheet or medical record shall be complete and electronic medical record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious errors in the writing of surgical anesthesia record or medical record.
