Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 3-70 years. 2) The patient met the diagnostic criteria of drug-refractory epilepsy in ILAE guidelines. 3) The patient had a definite epileptogenic focus after preoperative comprehensive evaluation, which was in line with the indications of stereotactic radiofrequency thermocoagulation, robot-assisted stereotactic laser interstitial thermotherapy or traditional resection surgery. 4) The patient himself/herself and/or his/her guardian have positive demands for surgical treatment and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient had poor compliance and was unable to cooperate with all the tests and examinations included in the study; 2) The patient could not identify the epileptogenic focus or had multiple epileptogenic focuses after comprehensive evaluation, and was not suitable for the operation included in the study; 3) The patient had surgical contraindications and could not tolerate epilepsy surgery; 4) He had undergone other epilepsy surgery in the past.
