Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. Understand and sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 3. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for Hashimoto's thyroiditis: diffuse thyroid enlargement, especially with isthmus vertebral lobe enlargement, regardless of thyroid function Hashimoto's thyroiditis should be suspected whether it changes or not. If serum TPOAb and TGAb are significantly increased, the diagnosis can be established.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of thyroid trauma or surgical treatment; 2. There is a recent history of taking drugs that affect thyroid function; 3. Associated with other autoimmune diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.; 4. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Diseases, renal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Participate in other population intervention studies within one year or will receive other non-study group treatments in the middle.
