Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 1 month to 18 years. 2.Diagnosed as children with sepsis. the specific diagnostic criteria refer to the SOFA score in the 2018 "Guidelines for emergency treatment of sepsis and septic shock in China". 3.The hospital stays exceeded 5 half-lives of antibiotics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The inpatients who received blood transfusion. 2.No detection method. 3.Refusal to sign informed consent. 4.Treated with blood purification therapy. 5.The application time of some antibacterial drugs did not reach 5 half-lives.
