18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Imaging MRI examination suggested labrum injury or CT examination suggested bone Bankart injury; 2) Repeated dislocation of shoulder for more than 5 times; Shoulder dislocation 1 time with bony Bankart or Hill-Sachs injury; Or shoulder elasticity, physical examination suggests shoulder instability; Non-operative treatment for more than 3 months was ineffective. 3) Patients should cooperate with follow-up, assessment and examination during perioperative period, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Rotator cuff injury combined with labrum injury, involving the biceps longcephalus tendon, subscapularis muscle, teres minor muscle and severe fat infiltration in muscle abdomen; 2) Patients with rotator cuff surgery, shoulder fracture surgery, serious underlying diseases and osteoporosis; 3) Patients who are unable to obtain follow-up and evaluation cooperation and are not prepared to accept appropriate preoperative or postoperative investigation and management systems.
