Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton women aged 16 to 45 who underwent surgical termination of pregnancy in the outpatient operating room of Chengdu women's and children's central hospital were selected. They were pregnant for 6 to 14 weeks. The patients with missed abortion and non missed abortion who voluntarily joined the study were selected. Informed consent was signed before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Twins, villus contamination
