Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral complete facial paralysis; 2. Patients with central nerve end loss or difficulty in direct repair after trauma, including temporal bone fractures caused by trauma, facial paralysis caused by ear surgery, or facial paralysis caused by intracranial surgery; 3. The time of facial nerve injury is from 7 months to 14 months, and there is no action potential in the affected lateral muscle, but there is a fibrillation potential; 4. The patient's age is 18-55 years old; 5. The patient signs an informed consent form and voluntarily participates.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have undergone more than one surgical treatment for facial paralysis; 2. Any side of the masseter nerve dysfunction; 3. Severe heart and liver (divided into four levels of cardiac function, belonging to 3-4 levels, with ALT>1.5 times the normal value), and renal insufficiency (Cr>133 µ Mol/L) or patients with hematopoietic dysfunction, bleeding tendency, and hemorrhagic diseases; There are systemic diseases, such as leukemia, serious diabetes, hypertension, heart disease; Inability to understand surgery and high expectations; 4. A specialist checks for the presence of a tumor, and the further development of the tumor lesion or treatment of it will affect nerve repair treatment; 5. Patients with mental and neurological disorders and malignant tumors; 6. Brain abnormalities (tumors, bleeding, infarcts) found on conventional magnetic resonance imaging; 7. There are contraindications to MRI examination.
