Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with ischemic stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria in "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and are diagnosed with ischemic stroke by cranial spiral CT or cranial magnetic resonance imaging;?The responsible lesion was first onset, and after clinical evaluation, there were various degrees of motor dysfunction;?The course of the disease is between 1 month and 3 months;?Right-handed;?Gender is not limited, age between 40-80 years old; ?Vital signs are stable, consciousness is clear, MMSE>21 points; ?Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Unstable disease, progressive stroke or secondary stroke;?The affected side has previous peripheral nerve injury or peripheral neuropathy;?Have a history of epilepsy or family history;?Severe anxiety-depressive symptoms that require drug control;?Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ diseases;?Have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or cranioplasty in the body;?Patients with claustrophobia.
