Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of different age groups The patients ranged from 60 to 84 years old, with 50 cases in each age group and 50 cases in each age group. No traumatic brain injury, no history of bone fracture or surgery, no neurological disease, no diabetes, no respiratory disease, no oral or laryngeal disease that does not affect swallowing function, no respiratory disease that does not affect respiratory function, no obvious cognitive impairment, willing and able to cooperate with the test items in this study. Inclusion criteria for the confirmed population with primary sarcopenia 120 patients aged 60-84 years, half male and half female; According to EWGSOP criteria, three subgroups were included: pre-sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle mass), sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle mass, loss of skeletal muscle strength or reduced functional activity), and severe sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle mass, loss of skeletal muscle strength and reduced functional activity).

Exclusion criteria: Main exclusion criteria for subjects of different age groups With diabetes and other metabolic diseases, respiratory dysfunction of various kinds of respiratory disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury, back row disease and other diseases of the central nervous system and peripheral nerve injury, and joint diseases, such as movement disorders, caused by various reasons caused by swallowing disorder, all kinds of throat and tongue muscle surgery, all kinds of chest surgery, long-term lie in bed, can't match with the regional cognitive impairment.
