Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke group: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of stroke in Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. Onset within 48 hours; 3. Patients have neurological deficits of varying degrees; 4. Age 18-90; 5. MRS score <=1 before this illness; 6. Complete medical history. Control group: 1. During the same period, inpatients were diagnosed with hypertension, peripheral vertigo, Meniere's syndrome, facial neuritis, posterior circulation ischemia, transient ischemic attack, etc. 2. No evidence of acute cerebrovascular disease, including cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage; 3. No history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Age 18-90; 5. Complete medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stroke group: 1. Patients complicated with other nervous system diseases (central and peripheral nervous system diseases) that affected clinical evaluation; 2. Patients with transient ischemic attack or myelopathy 3. Recent history of surgery, bleeding and severe infection; 4. Patients with malignant tumors, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5. Blood diseases and connective tissue diseases; 6, organ failure; Control group: 1. Recent history of surgery, bleeding and severe infection; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Blood diseases and connective tissue diseases; 4. Organ failure.
