Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men; Over 18 years old; Be admitted to the urology Department of our hospital for anterior urethral stricture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Genitourinary surgery/instrument operation in recent 2 months (2 months before study sample collection); A history of taking antibiotics within two weeks; Urine culture was more than 100,000 colony forming units
