Nasal endoscopic surgery

Interventions

Esketamine group:The patients received 0.25mg/kg esketamine completed within 10 minutes before the induction of anesthesia followed by continuous infusions of 0.25mg/kg/hr esketamine
Lidocaine group:The patients received 2mg/kg lidocaine completed within 10 minutes before the induction of anesthesia followed by continuous infusions of 2mg/kg/hr lidocaine
Saline control group:The patients received the same volume of 0.9% normal saline intravenoudly during anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II patients aged 18-65 years undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery under general anesthsia(including endoscopic sinus open surgery,endoscopic radiofrequency ablation of turbinate,endoscopic correction of nasal septum deviation )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Not signing informed consent;?Allergic to esketamine or local anesthetics; ?Patients with poor understanding ability,mental disorder or central nervous system disorder could not cooperate before surgery;?Patients with serious liver,kidney,heart and lung diseases;?Long-term use of painkillers or medications;?Chronic alcoholics.
