Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thirty-one patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN group), 39 patients with non-diabetic nephropathy (Non-DN group), and 30 healthy controls were explored. Patients with hyperglycemia were treated with glucose-lowering or lipid-lowering drugs to adjust the FBG below 7.0mmol/L,the postprandial 2 hours plasma glucose(2hPG) below 10.0mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients were excluded from serious heart, lung, liver and brain diseases, malignant tumor, urinary tract infections and other kidney diseases, recent nephrotoxic drug exposure, and proteinuria caused by other factors.
