Inclusion criteria: Premolars or third molars extracted by volunteers aged 18-22 due to orthodontic reduction or impaction

Exclusion criteria: ? Caries ? pulpitis ? periodontitis ? periapical periodontitis ? root resorption ? history of trauma ? smoking ? history of special medication in recent 6 months
