Interventions

PND group:Compare the MOCA score difference before and after operation with the standard deviation, if the score reduction of two or more items is = 1 standard deviation
Normal group:MOCA scoring criteria did not meet the diagnostic criteria of PND

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient's age = 60 years old;? Patients with definite clinical diagnosis and planned abdominal laparoscopic surgery (operation time > 2H);? American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification standard I ~ III;? Preoperative cognitive function was normal (MoCA score = 26);? They volunteered to participate in this study and had good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of neurological or psychological diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, stroke or depression);? Currently taking psychoactive drugs such as anti anxiety and depression drugs;? History of alcoholism;? Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction;? Severe hearing or visual impairment.
