Interventions

No sports hobby group:Avoid physical activities outside of daily life

Low intensity exercise group:150 minutes of low-intensity exercise per week (1.5-3 METs)

Medium intensity exercise group:150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week (3-6 METs)

High intensity exercise group:150 minutes of high-intensity exercise per week (greater than 6 METs)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal motor function; 2. Age: 20-40; 3. The BMI: 18.5-23.9; 4. Subjects voluntarily participate and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No intention to participate in this research program; 2. Suffering from urinary diseases; 3. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, dyslipidemia and other basic diseases; 4. Recent use of antibiotics
