Interventions

No sports hobby group:avoid physical activities outside of daily life
Low intensity exercise group:150 minutes of low-intensity exercise per week (1.5-3 METs)
Medium intensity exercise group:150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week (3-6 METs)
High intensity exercise group:150 minutes of high-intensity exercise per week (greater than 6 METs)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Anterior cruciate ligament injury with surgical indications; 2. Age: 20-40; 3. The BMI: 18.5-23.9; 4. Normal motor function before injury; 5. Subjects voluntarily participate and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative infection; 2. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, dyslipidemia and other basic diseases; 3. Recently received invasive treatment in the articular cavity.
