THE SECOND SECTION: (1) Sublobectomy (wedge resection or segmentectomy)/lobectomy with lymph node sampling or dissection (R0 resection);(2) preoperative CT scan suggests subsolid nodules (CTR>0.25) or solid nodules; (3) Postoperative pathology is non-small cell lung cancer, staged as IB according to the 7th edition of UICC/AJCC; (4) Contains 1 or more of the following risk factors: hypodifferentiated adenocarcinoma, vascular invasion, wedge resection, pleural invasion, unknown lymph node condition (Nx).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: THE FIRST SECTION:(1) Preoperative CT suggests pure ground glass nodules or subsolid nodules with a ground glass component greater than 75%; (2) neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy or targeted therapy before surgery; (3) postoperative pathology is squamous cell carcinoma, carcinoma in situ, micro-invasive carcinoma, metastatic carcinoma and other types of tumors.
