25 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 25-75 years old; (2) those who have received at least one implant and crown or bridge restoration in our department; (3) The jaw position was normal, without the habit of bruxism; (4) The patient agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Jawbone radiotherapy was performed before and after implantation; (2) suffering from oral mucosal diseases; (3) patients with mental and psychological diseases who respond to treatment; (4) The patient is in pregnancy; (5) those who had received periodontal treatment or periodontal implant within 3 months of sampling (oral microecology included); (6) Antibiotics and probiotics were administered within 4 weeks (oral probiotics were included).
