Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with GDM during pregnancy; 22-42 years; Within 1 year after birth; Singleton pregnancy; Complying with the follow-up schedule of this study and signing an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with pre-pregnancy diabetes; Patients treated with any antidiabetic drug; Diagnosed with diabetes by OGTT at postpartum follow-up; Still breast-feeding; Patients with diseases that seriously affect the digestion and absorption of test meal replacer; Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental retardation, or other serious diseases; Other patients unsuitable for this study.
