Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Suspected tuberculosis patients in the hospital; 2) Patients who complain that they have no sputum or cannot provide qualified sputum samples; 3) No anti tuberculosis treatment; 4) Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient cannot cooperate to complete the retention and collection of specimens; 2) Patients could not tolerate bronchoscopy and had contraindications to bronchoscopy; 3) Those who have no right of independent decision or refuse to participate in the test.
