Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent: patients voluntarily participate in the study and cooperate with follow-up; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease; 3. EGFR < 60mL·min-1·1.73m-2 was detected by renal ECT or eGFR < 60mL·min-1·1.73m-2 was calculated by ckd-epi renal function estimation formula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received renal replacement therapy (including kidney transplantation, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis); 2. The patient's age was > 85 years old or < 18 years old; 3. Patients with difficulty in language communication; 4. Patients with mental retardation, a history of mental illness, depression, anxiety, or dementia.
