Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 65-85 years, male and female 2.ASA grade ?-? 3.BMI is 18.5-29.9 kg/m2 4.For patients undergoing non-cardiac and non-neurosurgical surgery under general anesthesia 5.Operation time > 2 hours, skin incision =5cm, postoperative analgesia using PCIA were selected
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons suffering from mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs; 2. Those with severe impairment of hearing, visual and language system and unable to undergo neuropsychological tests; 3. Any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA),etc.,occurred within 3 months; 4. Seriously abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Patients with unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction within 3 months; 6. Confirmed/suspected abuse or long-term use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics; 7. Patients with contraindications or allergies to esketamine and other narcotic drugs. 8. Patients with cognitive dysfunction in preoperative evaluation; 9. Confusion assessment (CAM) Preoperative assessment of delirium 10. Refused to join the researcher.
