Influence of Local Pressing on Arteriopunctured part after Cerebral Angiography

Interventions

Fast decompressing group:The power of radial artery compressor decreased to 10N after 30 minutes and to 0N after 2 hours
Traditional decompressing group:The power of radial artery compressor decreased 5 N/2hrs two hours after the patient’s cerebral angiography, and reduced to 0 N after 6 hours.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: =18 years old; undergoing cerebral angiography via radial artery; negative in Allens test; SpO2 = 95%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Positive preoperative Allen's experiment;Patients with bleeding or hematoma in the punctured arm; Hemodynamically unstable; patients with abnormal function in liver, kidney and coagulation; Patients with arteriovenous fistula / dialysis; Patients who were , judged by the investigators, unsuitable for participation in this trial.
