Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of CD was clear and in line with the diagnostic criteria of CD in the Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Beijing, 2018) formulated by inflammatory Enterology Group of Digestive Diseases Society of Chinese Medical Association; 2. Improve endoscopy and related laboratory examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ulcerative colitis 2.Inflammatory bowel disease with unknown diagnosis 3.Patients with history of intestinal surgery 4.Complicated with intestinal tuberculosis, infectious enteritis, ischemic bowel disease, malignant tumor and other immune system diseases 5. Patients lacking colonoscopy results
