Group R:Received the recruitment maneuvers immediately after the surgery
Group C:Volume control ventilation combined with PEEP,received the recruitment maneuvers on the 30 minutes of the surgery and immediately after the surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study,was approved by the Shandong University;Patients with Metabolic syndrome undergoing bariatric surgery;general anaesthesia;Informed Consent is signed by the patient or family member;Ages 18 to 60;ASA grade I~II;BMI 30 to 50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of asthma,pneumatocele or other severe chronic obstructive pulmonary; cardia insufficiency; complication during thesurgery.
