18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; meets the diagnostic criteria of atlantoaxial disorders; have not been treated in other ways or taken other drugs within the past 1 month; signed the informed consent voluntarily as the subject. 2.Healthy volunteer: similar to the patient's height and weight;with a history, neck palpation, and X-ray screening to rule out neck diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with otogenic or ocular vertigo; Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney and other serious primary diseases,diabetes, mental illness; Patients with hypertension (Bp: systolic blood pressure & GT; 140mmHg, diastolic pressure > 90mmHg) or hypotension (Bp: systolic < 90mmHg, diastolic < 60mmHg); Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; There is obvious pyramidal tract sign; Atlantoaxial bony congenital deformity; Imaging data suggested severe osteoporosis, cervical vertebra fracture, bone tuberculosis and bone tumor. Can not tolerate massage and other patients.
