Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by pathology, patients who received radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy for the first time; 3.Agree to participate in this clinical trial and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with serious primary diseases of cardio cerebrovascular, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system. 2.It has been diagnosed as acute rhinitis, acute rhinosinusitis and epistaxis. 3.Those who have received oronasopharynx radiotherapy in the past. 4.Known or suspected allergy to the test drug. 5.Unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate due to neurological or mental disorders; Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse. 6.Women of childbearing age with positive blood / urine pregnancy test or lactating women. 7.Those who have family planning during the trial and within 1 month after the trial. 8.Those who have participated in other clinical trials in recent 1 month. 9.Other situations that the researcher judges are not suitable for clinical research.
