Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80, ASAI-III, undergoing thoracotomy for cardiac surgery for non-coronary artery bypass grafting; 2.Patients with 18-80 postoperative pain score of open chest straight heart without preoperative nerve block.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient rejection, left ventricular ejection fraction lower than 40%, anesthetic allergic reaction, systemic disease (kidney, liver, lung, blood, or endocrine), history of substance abuse, history of chronic pain, mental illness, peripheral neuropathy, surgical history of sternum cleaving 2.cerebral infarction, postoperative cognitive dysfunction, abnormal coagulation function, incision infection, and patient refusal
