Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China (revised in 2018), the study participants were diagnosed with essential hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg); 2.60<= age<=70, regardless of gender; 3.Those who are not active enough (< 150 minutes / week), physically capable of participating in sports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug-induced hypertension, refractory hypertension, secondary hypertension, hypertensive emergencies; 2.Grade 3 hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or resting diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg); 3.Combined stroke, transient ischemic attack, hypertensive encephalopathy, previous coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, severe heart failure, liver failure or kidney failure, infectious diseases, other malignant tumors with a life expectancy of < 2 years, or any other medical condition prohibiting physical exercise; 4.Those who have participated in any regular physical exercise program in the past six months; 5.Poor compliance, can not be carried out normally according to the study design or can not cooperate with the data collector.
