Eligibility

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma to undergo TACE; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.Age: 18-70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient did not agree to participate in the clinical study; 2.The patient suffered from severe cardiopulmonary disease and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.History of chronic pain; 4.Long term use of painkillers; 5.Local anesthetic allergy; 6.Severe rib deformity; 7.Infection at puncture point or / and abnormal coagulation function; 8.ASA grade III or above.
