Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine of synchronous non-specific low back pain; 2. Meet the age classification standard of middle-aged and young people of the World Health Organization, aged 18-65; 3. No specific lesions were found in imaging (such as lumbar tuberculosis, malignant tumor, vertebral fracture, severe osteoporosis, spinal deformity, etc.); 4. VAS score >= 4.0 or < 7.0; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in clinical trials, have good compliance, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 years old; 2. Pain symptoms are caused by specific low back pain (tumor, infection, metabolic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture), spinal deformity (spondylolisthesis, isthmus or scoliosis) or diseases outside the spine (such as vascular and urogenital diseases), or there are root symptoms; 3. Combined with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as psychosis, 4. Have a history of lumbar surgery; 5. Those who have received Chinese and Western medicine treatment related to the disease within 1 week; 6. There are acupuncture contraindications, such as skin infection, ulcer, scar, etc; 7. Pregnant and lactating women.
