Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eight patient educators will be recruited, who will be recruited from patients attending the general practice. Inclusion criteria: 1. Interested and willing to help medical students improve their clinical skills 2. Experience in at least one medical condition or disease, suitable for training students to learn and develop clinical problem-solving skills. 3. Able and willing to repeatedly provide his/her medical history in a standardized format. 4. Ability to use video conferencing platforms 5. Agree to receive training and provide effective, constructive feedback to improve medical students' communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Agree that objective data such as age, gender and other medical history are recorded in accordance with standardization, and formed into a written archive.
